Checklist for BUYER:
Is the purchase price correct?
Is your name spelled correctly on all documents?
Are the title vesting and legal description correct?
Have all the loans and deposits been credited to you?
Are all the loan amounts, interest rate, due date, prepayment terms, premium amounts (if any) correct?
Are the prorations correct?
Are all the fees correct?
Is the correct closing date given?
Do you understand the due dates for all your payments?
